ERB Asfalistiki, a member of the Eurobank group, recently hosted a seminar on fire protection in partnership with the Department of Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance and the Cyprus Safety and Health Association.

The event took place on March 11 at the company's head offices in Nicosia and was attended by occupational safety and health professionals. The presentation featured two expert speakers: Andreas Kameris, a structural and fire safety engineer and an Associate Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers, and Leonidas Leonidou, the former Assistant Director of the Cyprus Fire Service.

The seminar aimed to promote prevention and responsibility in the workplace, emphasizing that health and safety are strategic choices for any organization. The company stated that the discussion following the presentations reaffirmed that safety is a collective responsibility.
