The Home Fire Sprinkler Coalition (HFSC) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) have announced that Home Fire Sprinkler Week will take place May 10-16, 2026. The annual event is designed to raise awareness about the life-saving benefits of residential fire sprinklers.

"Home Fire Sprinkler Week is a great opportunity for us to bring together our digital voices and amplify the message of the tremendous benefits of fire sprinklers across our continent," said Lorraine Carli, NFPA vice president of Outreach and Advocacy and president of the HFSC.

To help guide local outreach efforts by fire departments and industry professionals, the HFSC has outlined daily themes for the week:

- Monday: Fires Are Fast, Sprinklers Are Faster - Tuesday: The Cost to Communities Without Fire Sprinklers - Wednesday: Fire Sprinklers Are Part of a Fire-Safe Community - Thursday: It’s Easy to Live with Home Fire Sprinklers - Friday: Protect What You Value Most

Stakeholders are encouraged to utilize the resources available through the HFSC to organize educational programs, demonstrations, and community events aimed at promoting the installation of fire sprinklers in new homes.
